MEET THE NEW ATELIER BOUTIQUE!!!

Hello and good morning everyone!!! What better way to start the day than with some good and exciting news. This morning I want to introduce to you the new and improved ATELIER BOUTIQUE. I first introduced you to Atelier about three months ago and back then I already thought that it was the cutest little boutique in Guatemala with some of the most beautiful designers and labels, honestly speaking my favorite place. Just when you thought it couldn't get better it actually did!!! The girls from Atelier just recently relocated their boutique to a much bigger place right next to their former one and may I say it's absolutely gorgeous!!! Like I said, before it was a cute little boutique with great brands now it's an amazing boutique still with great brands. It actually looks like a boutique you could find in New York City's Soho, or Greenwich Village or Nolita, except bigger, we all know NYC boutiques can be quite small. 

Anyhow, today I want to congratulate Carolina and Margarita, the two wonderful girls from Atelier for their great job and thank them for opening in Guatemala such a wonderful place for us women to shop and feel special.

ATELIER: WHAT'S HOT AND NEW

This has been a week of new arrivals in stores in Guatemala, lucky us girls! Yesterday I went to Atelier to see what was new for this week's Atelier post. When I got there Margarita (co-founder) showed me this wonderful pieces that had just arrived. She told me that how she sold almost everything that was new the same day that arrived in store, amazing! Which tells us how much ladies in Guatemala love their stuff. Soooo... again, like I always say, If you like something you see, why wait? Just go for it! Their prices are not heart stoppers, actually I got myself a little something that I looooove and that I will show to you later on. Meanwhile take a look at this.

FRIDAY OUTFIT: T-BAGS LOS ANGELES

The weather is so crazy in Guatemala I swear there are days that I just simply don't know what to wear, it's humid and at hot and then all of a sudden it gets chilly at night, really the only thing you want to do is wear something that feels fresh (and of course chic) at all times. Sometimes I wish I was walking around with a tunic on or perhaps a very stylish kaftan, like I was in a 1960's Copacabana movie. Anyhow... to my rescue came this T-Bags dress, with it I feel comfortable and fresh and chic without compromising style. Don't you agree? I just simply love it!!! Needless to say this you can find it at Atelier where they have some other amazing T-Bags pieces that are to die for. I highly recommend that you go check them out.

3 WAYS TO WEAR STATEMENT RINGS WITH ATELIER

This past week I've been talking a lot about stackable bracelets and statement rings, two very chic and fun trends we all love, so many ways to experiment with them, I even uploaded some really cool  images in my Style by Red by María Cristina Acquaroni page on facebook, please pay my page a visit, LIKE IT and take a look at my albums. 

Yesterday I went to ATELIER to find interesting material for this weeks post. When got there I was so excited to see all the wonderful statement rings they have and thought that it would be a perfect topic for this post. Seriously I'm so lucky to be able to work with the best boutiques in Guatemala, they make it such a pleasure to talk about all the many beautiful and incredible things they have. I wouldn't do it otherwise. Everything I talk about in this blog are things that I love and would (or do in fact) definitely wear. Of course they have so many more styles but since my fingers are so damn skinny I took pictures of the one's that fit me lol! You're just gonna have to pay ATELIER a visit to see all the many styles they have. And while you're at it choose a dress to go with that statement ring, wait till I show you the beautiful dress I chose for my ATELIER LOOK so stay tuned!!!

ATELIER: LITTLE BLACK JUMPER LITTLE BLACK DRESS

It's a well know fact that the LBD is a woman's secret weapon for any occasion, we should all own at least one (ok, let's be honest, more than one). The LBD is so useful and versatile that last year I even considered acquiring a uniform look conformed of all little black dresses. I was leading such a hectic life that I thought the easiest thing to do was wear a black dress every day. I kinda pulled it off for like two or three weeks but then found the need to add some color to my life again.

Lately I've been thinking that a girl not only needs one LBD in her closet, something I find pretty useful too is the LBJ (little black jumper), seriously, who doesn't like jumpers? I personally love them, I think they're so chic, versatile and most important comfortable. A girl needs to feel comfortable in order to feel like herself, whenever a girl is not feeling comfortable is because she's not being true to her style. Women who stay true to their own personal style feel comfortable at all times. 

Take a look at three very chic and sophisticated proposals for LBD and LBJ ATELIER has for us girls here in Guatemala.  Always remember that if you like what you see you should not wait long to go get it because they go like french fries at a Mc Donald's drive thru.

ATELIER: EBERJEY BIKINIS

Oh my goodness, yesterday I went to Atelier to take some pictures of their new summer stuff and I almost had a heart attack when I saw all the fabulous eberjey bikinis they have for this summer, they are absolutely gorgeous I immediately wanted more than one. My friend Deby who was with me couldn't resist herself and haaaaad to try one on. Not only that they also have the most wonderful accesories and outerwear, tunics, shorts, rompers... everything you need to look chic if you're going to the beach this summer. 

I'd say don't waist one more second and head yourself ASAP to Atelier, we all know you're going to need a bikini or bathing suit anyways so why wait. The good news is that you wont find 10 other girls at the beach wearing the same bikini you are, and us girls know how annoying that can be.

ATELIER: JOIE & CORALIA LEETS

Like I've said before, spring is a time for blossoming, looking feminine and feeling fresh. I went to Atelier for my pick of the week and found this amazing outfit by Joie. I love Joie because all their fabrics feel delicious and in general the line is very feminine and clean. Now that I was in Miami I went to Saks Fifth Avenue to buy my secret perfume (it gives me special powers haha) and I saw they had some of the same Joie pieces Atelier has. When the time came to choose accessories I decided to keep it simple and went for a necklace and bracelet by Coralia Leets, all her jewelry pieces are exquisite!!! Simple elegance.

ATELIER: BLACK & WHITE

Remember not long ago I introduced you to Guatemala's most coveted boutique called Atelier? Weeeeell... before coming to Miami I payed Atelier a little visit and found two outfits to die for. One is perfect for a special evening out on the beach and the other one for walking around during the day perhaps doing some serious shopping. I know you probably must be thinking: Why did she go buy herself something when clearly she could've spent her money in Miami? Weeeell... Why not? Life's too short, and besides, I couldn't resist myself, those who've been to Atelier know what I'm talking about and those who haven't if you did go you would understand. Sooo... what are you waiting for? Looking for the perfect outfits for this spring? Now you know where to find them, no excuses, I don't want to hear  no one say they can't find anything pretty in Guatemala because that's not true,  you most definitely can.
