A NEW WAY TO CARRY YOUR BAG

Just recently I was looking at all the fall collections trying to come up with my own trend forecast. We're always following other peoples trends so I figured why not come up with my own for a change and have a little fun while doing it. After having looked at what seemed like an eternity of shows I came up with the following conclusion: there's a NEW WAY TO CARRY YOUR BAG. Forget about carrying it the old fashion way. No more hanging your bag or purse (however you want to call it, I get confused actually) from any part of your body (except maybe the waist).

Miu Miu, Prada, Celine and Dolce & Gabbana have a new proposition for us ladies to follow. I find it quite interesting and can't wait to try it, hey maybe I'll even come up with my own new way to carry my bag or purse. Although in this case perhaps I'm gonna have to go buy another bag because the Prada one that I have right now doesn't really quite apply for it, it's kind of slouchy and oversized (this means, of course, that I can't hang it from my waist hahaha). Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to go bag shopping.

what do you think, you think there's a trend here? do you like it? Are you just as excited as I am to try it? Let me know if you find a new way of your own to carry your bag and purse, maybe we can even share your ideas with the rest of the world.

You can find a complete list of shows at www.style.com or www.nymag.com

Meanwhile I hope you enjoy the images I've prepared for you and hope you find some inspiration in them.

Why carry only one purse when you can carry two!!!

I found more interesting Prada, Celine and Miu Miu, it looks really sexy and naive at the same time. BTW what do you think about the caps in the Miu Miu runway? I have to say that I really loved that show, the music, the location and the accesories were amazing... but I´m not sure about the caps :s (sorry for being just a little bit stalker with your blog but is really hard find people that undertand and live fashion like u do )

I loved the show! It made me think of the elegance of the 30's and the 40's. I've always been a huge fan of everything Miuccia does. In this case I loved the music, the handbags, the shoes, the clothes, the hair do's and the whole feeling of the show, but quite frankly I'm not convinced about the caps either. I love hats and I wear them. I'm not one of those people who love hats but never wear them. However I'm not a fan of caps, never been, never will. I don't care it's MIU MIU. Oh and also I don't think I would wear a mink around my hips hahaha If I was 100 punds maybe but fortunately I'm not hahaha.

PLEASE keep on stalking the blog hahaha I love it when people write me back because then I know someone out there is actually listening.

the show was amazing, i really loved the 30's/40's vibe and the Kate Bush soundtrack. But u said it no matter if those caps are miu miu, for me they are the awkward moment in the show. I love hats too, but here in our country is really hard find something cool and trendy for men ,I´m not talking only about hats :s ... the mink stuff mmmm... i like the shoulder pads (i don´t know how to call them because i´m not sure if they are a sort of vest or a kind of sleeve decoration)

and dont worry, I'll be stalking your blog hahahahahahha
