C'SANTOS PICK OF THE WEEK: ALEXIS BITTAR

If you've been a Style by Red reader for a while now you probably know how much I love neons and how much I love being near the ocean. When I visited C'Santos on Saturday for my pick of the week post I immediately noticed these set of bangles from Alexis Bittar and completely fell in love with them. Why? Well... It's pretty obvious, the color combination (neons!) and details instantly transport me someplace tropical and chic. I think they are the perfect summer accessory. Summer is just around the corner!

NEW AT C'SANTOS: MIGUEL ASES

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this new Miguel Ases earrings and necklaces at C'Santos, they're absolutely gorgeous!!! You think they look good in pictures? Wait till you try them on. What I love about C'Santos is that every time I go there (which is once a week or more) I  always find something new that takes my breath away. I find this new Miguel Ases collection fun, modern, chic, and versatile. They also had another set of earrings and bracelet in black that was to die for!!!

Take a look...

HOT ACCESSORY TREND: KNOTTED NEON ROPE

For a while now I've noticed that accessories designers have been using utilitarian materials such as rope for their most recent collections. Just the other day I was doing a research and came upon several websites that featured them. This morning I found neon rope (two very hot trends put together) necklaces and bracelets on Refinery29 (my go to place for the latest in fashion and beauty). While I think their both lovely I'm not sure if I would wear the necklaces, however I do like the bracelets and wouldn't mind wearing a couple, perhaps mixed up with a few spiked or studded friendship bracelets (which also seem to be very hot right now) for a pile on bracelets look. What do you think? Would you wear neon knotted rope accessories?

CASA CASA: GIANNI CHIARINI & EQUIPMENT

A few days ago I payed a visit to Casa Casa, I was looking for a special gift for a friend that had just gotten married. For those who don't know Casa Casa is a home luxury goods retail store that offers prestigious names such as Rosenthal, Villeroy & Boch, Lalique, Christofle and Kosta Boda amongst others, the list is pretty extensive. Casa Casa has had it's doors open since 1997 and everyone in Guatemala with good taste knows that it's the place to find the perfect high quality gift for the home. However the other day I was impressed to see that now the have decided to expand their line of products to fashion accessories, handbags and even apparel, carrying such names as Gianni Chiarini colorful leather goods and Equipment signature blouses (which had been known to be one of Jackie O's favorites). Now that the season allows it it's the perfect moment to walk around carrying one of Gianni's bright colorful handbags and tangerine silky button down Equipment shirts.

Take a look at some of the wonderful things I saw at Casa Casa. If you like what you see don't hesitate to pay them a visit:
